First-time students please read

​

  • Please sign-up for the intro offer online to save you time filling out forms at the studio 

  • Aim to arrive 15 mins before class to check-in at the front desk and meet the teacher.

  • Front doors are locked promptly at advertised class time. Strictly no late admissions. 

  • Bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and a large bottle of water. (you can also rent or buy all of the above at the studio)  

  • Refrain from eating for at least 2 hours before class and come to class well hydrated.

  • Dress to sweat. Women typically wear workout shorts and sports tops. Men typically wear workout shorts or swim trunks, shirt optional.

  • Inform the instructor if you have any injuries, illnesses, or if you are pregnant.

  • Don’t worry if you are not flexible.

  • Be open-minded...you will love it! We are so excited to meet you!

Why put myself through exercise in  90F - 105F heat?

​

Scientists ​have been studying the effects of training in the heat for decades. Studies have shown found that, in addition to an increased rate of perspiration (expect to sweat a bucketload!), training in the heat can boost your blood plasma volume (which leads to better cardiovascular fitness), reduce blood lactate (kiss goodbye to sore muscles) and increase skeletal muscle force (get ready to get strong like Arnold Schwarzenegger!). In other words expect to get all of these benefits and more...

The heat in the room facilitates deeper stretching, whilst preventing injuries and 'babying' any pre-existing injuries you maybe nursing.


All classes offer modifications for complete beginners with moves  gentle enough to be safe for student of all levels of experience.

Hot 26&2

The class is designed for all levels, beginners to advanced.
 
We heat the room to 105F with 40% humidity to give you the optimal environment to work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body.
 
We practice 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises over 90 minutes, designed to rejuvenate and re-energize you from inside out. Strengthen your cardiovascular system and flush toxins from the body.

Power Vinyasa

Unleash your inner strength with our Power Vinyasa Yoga class—a dynamic fusion of vigorous movement and breath control designed to elevate your fitness and enhance your yoga practice.

Power Vinyasa focuses on seamlessly flowing through a variety of poses without a set sequence, allowing for creativity and targeted muscle engagement.
Expect a fast-paced environment that challenges your endurance and strength, as we incorporate well-known poses like sun salutations, warriors, and planks.

This class is 60 minutes and is heated to a comfortable 90 degrees and 40% humidity, promoting flexibility, detox and increased calorie burn. Ideal for those with a foundational understanding of yoga, this class will push you to new limits while improving your cardiovascular health, boosting your immune system, and relieving stress.​

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is the High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using Pilates’ principles for the whole body.

 

The exercises are high intensity to strengthen lean muscles, yet low-impact to keep joints healthy.

 

The first 30 minutes focuses on core strength building and glute activation, which is extremely important to release lower back pain and increase energy.

The high-intensity second half is designed to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat for a whole body workout. We will use dumbbells to strengthen the arms, legs and booty increase endurance and shape muscles.

Plank Pose

Radiant Power Flow

Join us for this wonderful Radiant Power Flow class, lead by Elias. Postures are taken one step at a time where we emphasize the importance of BREATH while we move; in turn systematically addressing all aspects of our body and mind. 

 

All are welcome. It is beginner, intermediate and advanced friendly breath-focused Yoga/Fitness fusion.

This class brings together components of Vinyasa-flow yoga, Hot-Bikram yoga, and Pilates influenced body/mind fitness exercises; it is a fantastic workout. This class will strengthen, tone and stretch your whole body inside out, bones to skin, finger tips to toes, while calming your nervous system and focusing your mind. We can't wait to see you!
